We are authorised by the OISC to advise and represent UK based employers applying for sponsorship licences to employ overseas nationals.

Our advice is based not just upon what is written in the guidance notes which are issued by the UK Border Agency, but on a thorough understanding and knowledge of the immigration rules and laws, and familiarity with the internal instructions given to caseworkers on how to process applications, so that we understand what Home Office caseworkers are instructed to look for and, as far as possible, anticipate any problems that might occur with an application so as to ensure the best possible chance of success.

We will as standard:

• Meet you to take instructions at a time and place convenient to you
• Advise on the requirements to be met by both the employer and the potential employee
• Conduct an audit of your HR systems, to ensure that you meet the standards required by the UKBA
• Advise on the supporting documentation which needs to be submitted with the application, and collate those documents to support the application
• Assist you to complete the online application form

• Advise and assist with meeting the advertising requirements
• Assist your prospective employee with the application for entry clearance
