Who We Are

We specialise in all aspects of UK immigration, nationality and asylum law. We advise and represent individuals with personal immigration issues, as well as UK based businesses seeking to employ overseas workers, and overseas businesses wishing to establish themselves in the UK.

Under UK law it is a criminal offence to give immigration advice unless you are authorised to do so. We are authorised and regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) who audit our work.

We are members of the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association (ILPA).

Robin Molyneux qualified as a solicitor over 25 years ago, and has extensive experience of working in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

After working for the Commission for the New Towns in Peterborough Robin joined the Immigration Advisory Service, the largest charity in the UK working with immigrants and asylum seekers, in October 2000, where he worked until 2006.

Robin is registered at the highest OISC Level, Level 3, to provide advice and representation for all categories of immigration, nationality and asylum work.

Asha Thomas began her career working in the family business in New Delhi, India, before moving on to work in the voluntary sector.

Immigrating to the UK in 1997, Asha spent some three years working at the Royal College of Nursing in their immigration advice department, before joining the Immigration Advisory Service in November 2000, until she and Robin left in September 2006 to form Global Immigration Solutions.

Asha is also registered at OISC Level 3 for all categories of immigration, nationality and asylum work.
